Thank you for shopping at Kiira Moon. We offer returns on all orders made within 14 days of receiving the order. Items must be in their original condition.

Returned items must be in original condition - unused, unwashed and unworn in any ways. Items must be with original tags attached and returned in original packaking. Items that are worn, dirty (with stains, make up, or anything else), altered, washed, or damaged will not be accepted. Initial shipping charges and return postage costs are non-refundable. Leaving an order uncollected does not count as a return, if this happens you will be charged for postal delivery costs. 

You will be refunded after the items have been received and inspected to be in their original condition. Refund will be made back to you in the same payment method used when placing the order.

We do not offer exchanges currently, however you are welcome to return any item that meets our return conditions within 14 days of receiving the order, after this you can make a new purchase of the preferred item on our online store.
