SHIPPING

All products are shipped from Finland. We aim to dispatch orders within 1 - 3 business days. With preorders dispatch time is mentioned separately in the product page when placing an order. Preorder items will be shipped as soon as done, on average in 7 - 14 days from purchase.
Once we have received your order, an order confirmation will be sent to you via email. When the order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing the tracking information. 
When placing an order outside of the EU - taxes (other than VAT) and duties are not included in our price. Depending on your location, taxes and duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs duties are determined by your local customs authority. For any unclaimed packages; shipping, return, and possible customs and duties will be deducted from your order amouth.
If you have a problem at the check-out or we don't seem to have a delivery option for your country, please contact us at hello@kiiramoonofficial.com and we will assist. We do not deliver to high risk zones.

The applicable shipping costs and options for your country will be shown automatically at the check out on your local currency. 
We are shipping with UPS Standard Home Delivery and DHL Express, you are able to choose between the two depending on the urgency, etc. For now, unfortunately DHL Express in not selectable in all countries. Make sure to provide us with accurate and correct information for a successful delivery. Please see shipping costs and estimated delivery times below.
