TERMS OF USE
This website is operated by Kiira Moon. Before using this site read the Terms & Conditions that apply to kiiramoonofficial.com. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Kiira Moon. By using the site, you agree to our Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We reserve the right to update, change, replace or delete any part of the Terms & Conditions, at any time. It is the users responsibility to check the Terms & Conditions for any changes. Please note that persons under the legal age of 18 years, need a parental permission.
ORDERS
Read the Terms & Conditions before placing an order. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. By placing an order with us, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old, or have parents' permission to buy. With a placed order you confirm the order and a purchase. A confirmation email will be sent after the order is received, and confirmed from our side. When placing an order, you agree that all provided information is correct, it is the responsibility of the person ordering to provide correct information for delivery. The person placing an order agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our site. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the case of not being able to fulfill it. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appears to be placed by resellers or distributors.
PRICES
When ordering within EU all prices include the current statutory value-added tax (VAT). And, when ordering outside of EU the prices do not include VAT. When ordering outside of EU the customer is responsible of any duties, customs and taxes (import charges) that may apply depending on the delivery location when ordering from the EU.
The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Delivery charges are recognized and included into the prices at check out for all orders before confirming the purchase. Prices on this site are subject to change without prior notice.
Any possible other taxes (other than VAT) and duties are not included in our price. Depending on your location, taxes and duties may apply, the person placing the order is responsible for any additional taxes and duties after a purchase has been confirmed.
PAYMENT
We use Shopify Payments. You are able to pay by card or online banking. We accept payments by credit or debit cards; Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and UnionPay. We also accept payments via Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transfers conducted are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Customers can return any order within 14 days of receiving it. To make a return, you need to contact us via email at hello@kiiramoonofficial.com within 14 days of receiving the order. Items must be in original condition: unused, unwashed and unworn in any ways. Items must be with original tags attached and returned in original packaking. Items that are worn, dirty (stains, make up, or anything else), altered, washed, or damaged will not be accepted. Initial shipping charges and return postage costs are non-refundable. After received the return and inspected to be in original condition, the customer will be refunded in original payment method used when placing the order. The shipping fee of your return will be deduct from the refund total. Please note that we do not refund the initial shipping cost. Leaving an order uncollected does not count as a return. In this case you will be charged for postal delivery costs.
FAULTY ITEMS
Any faulty items need to be issued within 14 days of receiving the order. All products that we send out go through quality control. However, if you believe to have received a faulty item or wrong order, please contact us at hello@kiiramoonofficial.com providing your order number and photographs that showcase the issue. We are happy to replace any items recognized as faulty. Refunds are only issued if we are unable to replace the item.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Kiira Moon reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of a sold out product, we have the right to cancel an order and refund any amount paid in the best way.
